According to the communications department of Bonro, on Tuesday, with the presence of Dr. Saeid Azizi, a renowned psychologist in the country, the second session of the family educational workshop series, titled Marital Skills Workshop, was held at the Hazrat Masoumeh Conference Hall in Saveh

This educational workshop was conducted in implementation of the cultural charter policies issued by Dr. Ehsan Moghadam, CEO of Bonro, and the missions of the cultural council, emphasizing the necessity of planning and executing family-oriented projects within the company

The CEO of Bonro believes that a balanced and interactive relationship must be established between work and the families of workers and employees, and that any neglect of family matters not only affects production efficiency but also distances us from our serious responsibility and duty, which is to support this important institution as a pillar of a healthy and Islamic society

Ehsan Moghadam stressed that the foundation of policymaking and implementation of cultural programs should be manifested in the domain of family and through the participation and voluntary actions of every single member of the Bonro family, and for this purpose, it is necessary to invite distinguished and effective experts in social and cultural fields

It is worth noting that in the Marital Skills workshop, which was met with an unprecedented turnout of approximately 300 members of the Bonro family, Dr. Azizi spoke on the three core themes of family psychological security in an interactive setting

This workshop was simultaneously broadcast live via social media for employees and families who could not attend in person and was warmly received

At the end of this educational workshop, which was also attended by a number of senior managers of Bonro, the winners of the book reading competitions were honored with appreciation plaques and gifts

On the sidelines of this event, various programs were also held for the children of participating staff
