Bonro Company’s Annual Ordinary General Meeting was held with the participation of shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, the independent auditor, the statutory inspector, and representatives of SAIPA.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors presented its report on the company’s performance for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026, outlining the company’s key initiatives, plans, and achievements in the areas of production, finance, economics, and operations. The independent auditor’s and statutory inspector’s reports on the financial statements for the same fiscal year were also presented. Following discussion and review, the necessary resolutions were adopted in accordance with the meeting agenda.

The financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026, together with the other items included on the agenda, were reviewed, discussed, and subsequently approved by the General Meeting.

During the session, the Chairman of the Meeting commended the company’s accomplishments and highlighted Bonro’s improved financial performance during the previous fiscal year. He emphasized the importance of sustaining this positive trend, enhancing productivity, expanding manufacturing activities, and achieving the company’s strategic objectives in the year ahead.

At the conclusion of the meeting, appreciation was extended to the CEO, members of the Board of Directors, the Deputy CEO, executive directors, managers, department heads, and all dedicated employees whose commitment, collaboration, and continuous efforts contributed to the successful organization of the General Meeting and the achievement of the company’s objectives.
