A Husseini mourning ceremony was held at the Bonro factory

On the sixth day of the holy month of Muharram, the employees of Bonro Automotive formed chest-beating processions to mourn for Imam Hussein and the martyrs of Karbala

According to the Communications Department of Bonyan Tose’e Sanat Khodro (Bonro), on the eve of Tasua and Ashura, the company’s executives, employees, and workers gathered at the production site in Saveh to commemorate the occasion by participating in mourning processions held in the factory grounds and along the site’s main roadway.

The ceremony began with the traditional beating of drums and cymbals, accompanied by the recitation of elegies. As administrative staff and employees from the production, paint, and assembly departments joined the procession, mourners of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) marched together while performing chest-beating rituals, eventually gathering at the assembly hall to express their devotion and respect to the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

Other parts of the ceremony included the recitation of elegies by a eulogist in memory of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his loyal companions, the continuation of the mourning rituals, and the traditional sacrifice of a sheep.

Dr. Ehsan Moghaddam, CEO of Bonro Company, together with members of the Board of Directors, executive directors, and managers, also attended the gathering of the Hazrat Abolfazl (Qamar Bani Hashem) Youth Mourning Group at Bonro’s Saveh facility.

The ceremony concluded with the congregational performance of the Dhuhr and Asr prayers by the participants.
