On the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (peace be upon her), Dr. Ehsan Moghadam honored the women of Bonro at a ceremony marking Women’s Day and commemorating the status of mothers
According to the communications department of Bonro, Dr. Ehsan Moghadam, the CEO, in his speech congratulating the birth of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra, addressed the female colleagues and expressed appreciation for the professional and effective role of women in advancing Bonro’s missions
Emphasizing the important position of the warm family unit, he added that women’s employment at the workplace should not lead to neglect of their duties as wives and mothers
In this meeting, which was held at the headquarters with the presence of board members and a number of deputies and advisors, Dr. Ehsan Moghadam stated that respect for women and attention to their status is one of the principles of Bonro’s professional culture; women should feel safe, valued, and dignified in the workplace
He further stated that without the cooperation of the spouses of male colleagues, no progress would be achieved in Bonro’s missions; therefore, the role of female spouses is no less important than that of female employees, and each of them also deserves respect and honor
Dr. Moghadam described the great Bonro family as a valuable asset of the company and added that they are proud and fully committed to serving this family
In this ceremony, which lasted for two hours in a cordial atmosphere, the women’s affairs officer of Bonro presented a report on the status of support programs for female colleagues, and then the participating women also shared their views
At the end, with the presentation of appreciation plaques and gifts, the efforts of the women were honored, and a group photo was taken as a souvenir
On this auspicious occasion, a celebration was also held at the Saveh factory and headquarters, and employees were served sweets and refreshments
